Michael | Founder
Michael is one of the Founders of the Agency. Our Agency owner, Michael Darling, has over 30 years in the financial services industry. He has workd for several Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Masters of Sciences in Computer Resources and Information Managment from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He currently sits on several boards, including the Lake County Chamber of Commerce Board, the Lake County Workforce Board, and the Common Bond Board. He is active in the local community with the Mundelein High School Business Incubator, where is the the Community Liason and a Coach.
Jacqueline | Manager
Jacqueine has been with the office from the begining and is an integral part in everything we do. She has over 30 years corporate experience and holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources.
Christopher | Marketing Associate
Christopher has been with the office from 2022 as one of our summer interns.
